Vintage 80’s vibe. Lightweight and colorful. Has a small stain on underside of visor lining. Plastic inside of visor on one side is broke on the corner but not something that should affect wear or appearance. Must have been made in the early 80’s as the United Hatters Cap & Millinery Workers Union International disbanded in 83. Button holding the visor to the top is possibly rusted . I didn’t dare try and pull it apart. In good vintage condition. Still functional. Size 7-7 1/8
